LEE STUDENT ART COMES TO MU
A key component of Science ARTreach is bringing student art to the MU campus. Students are invited to visit their displays, giving them a sense of accomplishment and making the campus a more welcoming environment for the young students.

Watercolor geodes on display at MU Geology auditorium. Inspired by field trip to Geology Dept. by Lee School 4th graders. Display was coordinated with internationally recognized T/F Film Fest, which showed films in this auditorium in March 2015.

To date, student displays have included both temporary and permanent installations, such as those below. Future outreach plans include bringing students to campus to perform vocal or theatrical pieces, which are used along with the visual arts in Lee's integrated curriculum.
